Gujarat Dec 18: The counting for Gujarat Assembly elections have begun and the trends show that BJP is leading
Sources said that the urban voters have voted for BJP and the Dalit and tribals have also voted for BJP.However, the Patidars were divided and the Congress couldn't gain.
The caste politics such as uniting Jignesh Mevani, Hardik Patel and Alpesh Thakur didn't work together and the Congress had gained some areas in Saurashtra while it lost in tribal areas.
