Double Ka Meetha Receipe

Hyderabad Dec 17: Currently Double Ka Meetha is one of the delicious desserts served during marriages and other functions. Many people think it it is hard to prepare this dish at home but its wrong. The dish can be prepared at home by the following recipe.

Ingredients needed
# 8 bread slices
# 1 tin condensed milk
# Sugar syrup infused with green cardamom
# 1 Tbsp oil
# 1 jug of milk
# 1/2 tsp saffron
# 1 Tbsp rose water

Preparation Method

# Heat up the pan and drizzle it with oil and fry the bread slices
# Prepare saffron milk by mixing boiled milk and saffron and rose water after the mixture boils
#Layer the fried bread with sugar syrup, condensed milk, saffron milk and heat it in a pan till the required color is achieved
# cool the mixture and garnish it with cardamom
