AP CM participated in KV Bank founders day, asks Use Technology

Guntur, December 17: Andhra Pradesh Cheif Minister has said that, Banks in both public and private sector should use technology to extend quality services and products to the customers.

Participating the 101st founders day of Karur Vysya Bank he said those above comments.

AP CM appreciated the KVB's contribution of Rs 1 crore from its CSR funds to Visakhapatnam district.

KVB adopted Bandarupalli, a remote village in the state with no banking facilities, and set up a digital branch there. Cashless transactions are done and all banking transactions conducted in a digital atmosphere.

He observed that, KVB's founders in identifying the banking needs of the local community in Karur near Trichy of Tamil Nadu, and winning the trust of the people had put KVB on a strong foundation, as it had grown into a major bank in the country.
