PM Modi travels in seaplane

Gujarat Dec 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday has traveled in a seaplane from the Sabarmati river in Ahmedabad and landed at Dharoi Dam.Currently, the PM is campaigning in the Gujarat for upcoming Assembly elections.

Earlier on Monday PM in a rally has said that "Tomorrow for the first time in the history of the country a sea-plane will land on the Sabarmati river. I will go to Ambaji in the sea-plane after landing in Dharoi dam and come back."



He added that "Our party had planned my roadshow tomorrow. However, the administration has not given permission and I had time so I decided to go to Ambaji in the sea-plane ."

Earlier PM has also tweeted that "With air, roads & rail connectivity, our Government is making efforts for harnessing waterways. All this is for 125 crore Indians.The transformation across Gujarat is for everyone to see. Sadly, Congress' notion of development is making a quick buck and that is why they are unable to see any change for the better".
