26 yrs old woman commits suicide after her mother's death

Kashmir, Dec 10: Here is a tragic incident has happened while a 26-year-old woman committed suicide here today after her mother died of cancer on Saturday.

The deceased daughter Kamlesh has consumed a poisonous substance at her residence shortly after the body of her mother, Kalu Devi, arrived from a hospital for last rites, a police official said.

Devi, who died last night, was recently diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing treatment in Chandigarh, the official said.

Kamlesh was rushed to a hospital where she died during treatment, the official said, adding that her body was handed over to the family after completion of legal formalities.
