Jayalalitha Demise-A vacuum in Tamilnadu ,Power Tussle continues

One year is just enough to turn things upside down in Indian Politics. Tamilnadu politics and state has seen many dramatic events since the demise of Former Chief minister J Jayalalithaa and a vacuum has been created and a lack of leadership and political charm is clearly visible and it has also implications on social and cultural issues of the state.

The Jallikattu movement organized by the people had clearly suggested that people are not willing to compromise their cultural identity and they hoped that former CM Jayalalitha would have strongly raised her voice against the center and they couldn't protest in streets.

The high drama between O Pannerselvam, E Palaniswamy, TTV Dinakaran in the AIADMK party has clearly indicated the political instability with the fight for the position of top position has been intensified and BJP tried to gain using the vacuum created.

Similarly, the vacuum has also given rise to new leaders from movie industry and actors such as Kamal Hassan has already announced his entry and Superstar Rajinikanth may enter next year and other actors such as Vishal and Vijay may play their part. It is unclear whether all the actors would work together or part their ways based on their ideology.

The main loser in the power tussle is VK Sasikala being called 'chinnama' is in prison and her dreams are shattered.

Finally, the people have missed the brand Amma under which many social welfare schemes were announced and they feel that death of Jayalalitha is a big loss which is irreversible unless a strong leader similar to her emerges.
