Rebel JDU MPS Sharad Yadav,Ali Anwar disqualiifed from Rajyasabha

New Delhi Dec 5: In a major shock to opposition Rebel JDU MPs Sharad Yadav and Ali Anwar were disqualified from the Rajya Sabha after the upper House chairman has informed his decision.

Sources said that RS Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu has taken this decision after JD(U) had sought their disqualification on the grounds that they had attended a rally of opposition parties in Patna in violation of its direction.



Earlier Two MPs have attended the opposition party rally after the JDU has broken up with RJD and Congress and has joined NDA.

Former MP Sharad Yadav has tweeted that "I am disqualified from Rajya Sabha as Mahagathbandan which was formed to defeat NDA in Bihar & after 18 months to break it & joining NDA to remain in power & if to speak against this undemocratic style is my fault I will continue to fight to save democracy."
