American SC agrees Travel ban, Major victory for Trump

Washington Dec 5: In a first major victory for USA President American Supreme Court has decided that President Donald Trump's most recent travel ban that targets six Muslim-majority countries can go into full effect.However, there are some legal challenges that are pending in the court.

Earlier the newly elected president has ordered that "people from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen are restricted to enter the USA because these belong to terrorist countries".

Later High courts have modified the order and the ban was implemented partially and a case was filed in top court to lift the ban but the court has given a green signal .



Many people have protested against the ban and said that president has no right to decide who should enter the US. experts have said that Administrators might find it difficult to implement the ban because of legal challenges pending in lower courts.

Earlier USA president Trump during his elections as promised that he would ban entry of Muslims to prevent terrorism.White House
has said that "it is not surprised by the ruling and The proclamation is lawful and essential to protecting our homeland".
