US Senate passes Tax overhaul bill

Washington USA Dec 2: United States of America would undertake a major reform as the Senate has approved a bill which would overhaul a tax structure. The bill was passed by 51-49 as the Democrats have objected the bill.

Democrats have said that "Under the cover of darkness and with the aid of haste, a flurry of last-minute changes will stuff even more money into the pockets of the wealthy and the biggest corporations." They couldn't block the bill as the Republicans hold a 52-48 Senate majority.

Experts have said that the bill would be the largest change to U.S. tax laws since the 1980s. The Republicans have said that this bill would be a Boost to many companies and they would return to the country.

USA president Donald Trump has tweeted that "We are one step closer to delivering MASSIVE tax cuts for working families across America."

President hopes that the remaining process would be completed before the year-end.
