GES 2017: Manish Sabharwal:India has wages problem and not Job problem

Hyderabad Nov 30: The Global Entrepreneurship Summit Day 3 has begun and various discussions are expected to take place at the summit and various speakers would join the discussion.

A special panel discussion has taken place on 'When Women win , We All Win: Promoting Inclusive Environments for women Entrepreneurs'.The panelists are Mark Green, USAID, Administrator, Dipali Goenka, Welspun India, CEO & Joint Managing Director, Kristina Davison, iEurope Capital LLC, Co-Founder & Managing Director, Lerato Motsamai, PETROLINK, Founder & CEO, and Manish Sabharwal, TeamLease, Chairman.

At the summit, Manish has said that "India doesn't have a jobs problem but they have a wage problem i.e they don't have the required wages.India needs Formalisation, Urbanisation, Industraliation and human capital to create more jobs with higher wages and the educational system must be modified according to the market requirement".
