Hyderabad Metro passengers pay fine due to confusion

Hyderabad, Nov 29: The Hyderabad Metro rail has been inaugurated today and people have expressed their happiness but some passengers are getting confused as there is no a direct train between Nagole and Miyapur. Currently two corridors Nagole-Ameerpet and Ameerpet-Miyapur have been opened.

Metro officials have said that people traveling from Nagole to Miyapur or vice versa must alight at Ameerpet and board a different train as it is an interchange station similar to Begumpet MMTS station.

Some passengers had to pay fines as they didn't swipe the card twice at the Ameerpet station and some others have traveled more than the actual destination.

Metro officials have said that "such confusion would be cleared when the remaining stretches at the Ammerpet station would be completed and people can board a direct train from Nagole -Shilparamam and Miyapur-LB nagar."
