Traffic restrictions Ahead of Metro Inauguration

Hyderabad Nov 27: Hyderabad peoples dream project Metro rail would be inaugurated tomorrow by PM Modi and Global Entrepreneurship Summit would also be inaugurated tomorrow.In view of the two major events, the Hyderabad city police have announced some traffic restrictions.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner Sandeep Shandilya said traffic restrictions would be imposed on Tuesday and informed the restrictions.The restrictions would be in force between 3 PM to 4.30 PM.

Traffic proceeding from Miyapur towards Kondapur/Kothaguda should take a diversion through Chandanagar, Nallagandla flyover, Gulmohar Park Junction, Hyderabad Central University, via Gachibowli.

Traffic proceeding to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport from Miyapur should take a diversion through Chandanagar, Patancheru, ORR towards RGIA.



Traffic leaving from Mathrusri Nagar should take diversion via Sheela Park Pride to Manjeera road.

Traffic from Patancheru, ICRISAT Beeramguda, RC Puram, Ashok Nagar and BHEL towards Kukatpally should take diversion via BHEL Rotary, Nallagandla flyover, Gulmohar Park Junction, Hyderabad Central University, Mehidipatnam to Hyderabad.

Traffic coming from Zaheerabad, Narayankhed, Sangareddy towards Kukatpally/Hyderabad should take a diversion through ORR Muttangi.

He has also said that "All the delegates after the Global Entrepreneurship Summit inauguration would leave towards the city from HICC, Madhapur at 7 PM and in view of this all the commuters going from and towards Kothaguda, Botanical Garden, Gachibowli, and ORR are advised to take other route between 6 PM to 8 PM."
