Tirupati Railway Station to be modernized soon

Tirupati Nov 25: Andrapradesh Temple Town would undergo a major revamp soon.As a part of modernization the Tirupati Railway station would also be modified.The railway officials have released the designs of the upgraded station.

According to new designs the railway station would have dedicated exit and entry games. Hotels and food courts would be established in the railway station. Eye-pleasing artefacts and sculptures would be installed at various places in the railway station.

The designs were shared by Guntakal Railway Division officials and they hope that modernisation work would be completed by 2020 and This would increase the number of tourists visiting the pilgrim city.

Indian Railways has earlier allocated funds for the station redevelopment but there was meagre progress and local people hope that developmental works would be completed by 2020.
