Shia Waqf Board:Temple in Ayodhya, mosque in Lucknow

Lucknow Nov 20: In a bid to end the ram temple dispute the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board has come up with a proposal. Waqf Board chairman Syed Waseem Rizvi said that "they have come up with the proposal following discussions with different stakeholders."

"After discussions with different parties, we have prepared a proposal in which a Ram temple will be built in Ayodhya and a mosque can be built in Lucknow," he added.He hoped that this solution would ensure peace and brotherhood in the country.

Waqf board chief said that "he along with some Mahantas from Ayodhya will also approach the Supreme Court before December 5 with a solution to the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute."

Rizvi has also met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar recently and said that he was willing to end the disputue as early as possible so that both committees feel happy.

On the other hand Art of Living, founder has expedited the mediation process and is meeting with several stakeholders.
