Railways apologizes for 20 sec early departure

Tokyo Nov 17: In a rare incident a Japanese Railway has issued an apology for departing the train 20 seconds earlier. The railway felt that passengers have felt discomfort as the train departed early.

Currently, Japan holds a reputation for maintaining time maintenance in Railways. Officials have said that "The Tsukuba Express train linking Tokyo and the capital's northern suburbs pulled out of Minami Nagareyama Station at 9:44:20 instead of 9:44:40."



"We deeply apologize for causing a tremendous nuisance to customers," said the Tsukuba Express company. The company has added that "There was no complaint from customers over this incident
and no one missed the train due to the premature departure ".

However, the passengers were surprised because of the apology was given by the railway company.

Finally, the company has also said that "we will ensure that such incidents don't occur in the future and we have apologized earlier too".
