Childrens day :Children are building blocks of prosperous nation

Children's Day is a much awaited day for the school going pupils all over the country.Especially the students and teachers treat this day as an important function.The Children's day is celebrated on the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru (Nov 14).He was the first prime minister of India after he got independence under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi.

Nehru was addressed as "Chacha" which means fathers Younger brother .he has shown his affection his to baby girl Indira by writing letters to her when he was in jail. Later on, he showed the same affection to the students and has said: " Today's Children are tomorrow's citizen".His teachings have inspired many students and they have become great leaders and have settled all over the world.



On children's day, various fancy dress competition would be held and students take part with enthususiasm and this competition helps children to remember our great freedom fighters and instill patriotism in their hearts.

Currently, children are facing some problems of depression at the young age because of the higher stress levels imposed on them by teachers and parents. The children must be allowed to pursue their dreams so that they can come out with flying colors.

Children are the building blocks of the country so they should be taught to respect elders, yoga should be taught to them so that they would live a peaceful life which is an essential for a happy future.
