Dignity and Decorum of SC must be maintained-CJI Dipak Misra

Admissions of MBBS students in Medical colleges previously when restrictions were laid by the Supreme Court in that regard, due to allegations on Judge and some other collusion has become the central point in the rights of SC Judges.

The Cheif Justice of India CJI Dipak Misra felt it irresponsible for Justice J Chelameswar the next senior judge in SC with another Justice S Abdul nazar of the 2 Judge bench ordered for the formation of the 5 Judges bench of SC.

Orissa Hiigh court Judge was alleged to be unduly favoured in his Judgement in medical college case. The constitution bench of five judges took it as an irresponsibility on the part of Justice Chelameshwar to form a bench and name judges to that.

As CJI is the Master of the Roster no bench can be formed or no judges can be named for it is the CJI Dipak Misra's Opinion and order. So to maintain dignity and decorum of the SC the CJI annulled the orders of Justice Chelmeshwar outright.

The advocate Prashant Bhushan meanwhile citing commotion as reason walked out of the court hall.It may be noted that there were allegations on Sc judges in this regard that could have prompted advocate to walk out.

It is now supremacy and authority lies in Chief justice of India i.e Dipak Misra to form bench and order judges to deal with. This may be taken up at some appropriate time. Anyway there is some unpleasantness in Supreme Court bar.
