RSS worker fled after explosion during bomb making process

A worker of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) fled away after getting exposed of making bomb. An explosion took place in a shed on the property of RSS worker Valayangadan Raghu in Kannur's Koothuparamba area while he was making bomb.

The explosive that went off was a country-made bomb.

Koothuparamba police said the blast occurred in a shed close to Raghu's house. Roof tiles and window parts were blown away. 500 gm of gun power, which was allegedly used to make bombs was recovered by Police.

A case was registered against Raghu, but he and his son absconded after the incident. The same area Koothuparamba was in news last year when a BJP worker trying to make country-bomb died in an explosion.
