Another shock to Telangana TDP, Mulugu Ex-MLA quits TDP to join congress

Hyderabad, Oct 31: In another shock to TDP, Mulugu Ex-MLA Seethakka resigned to Telangana Telugu Desam Party. She landed in Delhi on Tuesday for joining the Congress Party in the presence of AICC Vice President Rahul Gandhi. Already, Revanth Reddy quit TDP citing the necessity to join Congress for putting an end to KCR's rule.

"I made my foray into politics as an Independent. Though My Close Relative was in Congress in 2007, I had joined Telugu Desam and worked under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu for 10 years. Telangana became a reality with the cooperation of all political parties. Sonia Gandhi fulfilled the promise she made to Telangana People against all the odds.

KCR touched Sonia's Feet but later he took a U-turn on the merger for becoming CM. Families of Telangana Martyrs were neglected, Farm Loan Waiver and 3-acre for Dalits wasn't implemented. What we have seen in Telangana is KCR's family rule," Revanth Reddy alleged.

The Firebrand Leader claims many parties had approached him when he decided to quit Telugu Desam Party but Congress Party was preferred for the sake of Telangana People. He would be a Congress Leader officially from Today.
