Junaid murder case: Victim Lawyer helping accused

Top government lawyer of Haryana or Additional Advocate General Naveen Kaushik had been helping the accused in Junaid murder case by assisting Naresh kumar's(accused) lawyer. He had been suggesting questions to oppostion lawyer, which the opposition can ask in court and save naresh kumar.

Due to which the Haryana government has to decide the action to be taken against him.

Faridabad trail judge YS Rathore has spotted him helping the accused and warned him, but despite the warning Naveen Kaushik had been helping the accused.

"It will send a wrong signal and will also create a feeling of insecurity amongst the victim party and will adversely affect the aim of the court to conduct free and fair trial," the judge said, calling the case "sensitive" and the government lawyer's actions "professional misconduct".

"He has been assisting the defence counsel at the time of cross examination of the prosecution witnesses and suggesting questions to be put to the witnesses," judge YS Rathor said in his order the next day.
