Jobs creation need of the hour

People had high expectations when Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP) MP Narendra Modi took the chair of Prime Minister. Three years passed away there are waiting with patience for opportunities to get a job. without a Job or without a way to earn money the lives of so many youths face miserable consequences.

The government started skill development programme with a view to ready people for some employment or other. Yet it is only hype except for a percentage of unemployed could get some benefit. For employment generation there are labour laws are labour laws are also an impediment.

So the government must search ways of providing employment for the large member with subsidized salary method, in such a way labour ways may not be infringed. In certain fields, false payrolls are decreasing employment or work opportunities.Such obstruction must be checked.

If job vocational programmes are organized in an appropriate type of manner then a particular field employment problem will get a reply. This method is followed in some other countries.

In our country farm sector is biggest employment generator. So many farmer families are nowadays averse to continue the field because of fewer opportunities. If not crops the other farm-related livestock, vegetable cultivation like activities may be given more stress and assistance. For this field to be attractive cold storage facilities and transport facilities ought to be given a thrust by the government.

wastage of vegetables and fruits may be minimised with these advantages. Cooperative system must be encouraged just like the Amul Milk cooperative units to reap maximum gains. It is time government by way of arrangement loans, guidance, training etc help a large number of unemployed.
