TSRTC sought feedback on new buses along metro corridors

Hyderabad, Oct 30: In a move to provide better transport facilities in Hyderabad the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has sought commuters feedback on new services that would be introduced after the commissioning of Hyderabad Metro Rail.

Greater Hyderabad Zone of TSRTC has conducted a survey, on October 22 and 23 which consisted of 15 questions along with suggestions and a special focus was given on services from residential colonies to Metro stations.

A. Purushotham Naik, the executive director of Greater Zone RTC has said that "As the government decided to launch the Metro Rail from Nagole to Miyapur, we had taken up a survey on the same corridor. We got the opinion from 20,000 commuters".

He has added that "based on the survey, the RTC is planning to provide connectivity from residential colonies to the Metro stations at Nagole, Uppal, Mettuguda, Secunderabad, Ameerpet, Kukatpally and Miyapur. We have categorised the commuters into difference class."
