KCR kits to keep Maternity Woes at bay

Seeing the plight of Pregnant Woman, the health condition of newborn babies the CM of Telangana K Chandrashekhar Rao has started "KCR Kit Scheme" which is being received by all from villages to towns and cities with enthusiasm. Under this scheme newly born babies are supplied necessary materials.The rush of the needy is surpassing the bed strength of hospitals and thereby creating paucity of amenities.

The percentage of deliveries increased about 20 % in 9 months itself. The KCR kit sanctions Rs 13,000 for the female child and Rs 12,000 for the male child born, in the government hospitals.Even primary health centers (PHC) are availed by the pregnant woman for deliveries, hitherto not cared for so much.



Almost all the Telangana district hospitals are patronized by these would be mothers.Under such circumstances increasing the number of specialist doctors like gynaecologists, nurses and other medical staff, increasing bed strength is also necessary.After operation like treatments, sanitary, hygieneic medicare will be unavoidable.

Any lapse may lead to infections and create complications.Availability of medicines in Proper quantities, adequate supervision by elected leaders will pave way for healthy future babies and mothers.

Whether eye on future polls or anything the scheme provides for welfare and prosperity of people. It is the the welfare of state and nation.
