TTD plans to setup helpline for Facility Management Services

Tirupati, Oct 18: The Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam management is planning with the idea of setting up a helpline for Facility Management Services (FMS).

The initiative would enable the pilgrims to register their complaints with regard to shortfalls if any in the maintenance of cottages and rest houses at Tirumala.

Briefing the media after chairing a review meeting with the heads of various departments, TTD JEO K.S. Srinivasa Raju on Tuesday said the exclusive helpline would be helpful in addressing the complaints on a war- footing.

The suggestions received from the pilgrims had also contributed in arriving at the decision.

The meeting also decided to seek the opinion of the Jeeyangars and Agama pundits for altering the timings of the two-time processions of the deity during the annual Brahmotsavams.
