Butta Renuka speaks extending support to TDP

Kurnool, October 18: YSR Congress Party MP from Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool Lok Sabha constituency, Butta Renuka, has extended support to ruling Telugu Desam Party. Amid the reports of her joining Telugu Desam Party (TDP), she clarified that she is seeking government support for development in her constituency.

However, sources said that she would officially join the party after organizing a public meeting in Kurnool after the Chief Minister’s return from his foreign trip.



Renuka is the second YSRC MP from Kurnool district to join the TDP. Earlier, Nandyal MP S P Y Reddy joined the TDP. She said the State government under Mr. Naidu was marching ahead of other States with regard to development.

Andhra Pradesh could overcome financial constraints and problems associated with the bifurcation. The Chief Minister was working relentlessly for the development of the State. It was necessary to join hands in his endeavors.
