Andhra CM laid foundation stone for flyover at NAD Junction

Visakhapatnam, Oct 17: The Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu to lay the foundation stone for Rs 113 crore flyover at NAD Junction here at 4 pm on Tuesday.

He will also lay the foundation stone for TU 142 aircraft museum, open VIP lounge at the airport and participate in Diwali programme at RK Beach along with the challenged children.

The government entrusted the flyover work to the city-based Vijay Nirman Company giving a directive to complete the project in two years. The rotary mode separator flyover is one of its kind in the country. This will put an end to the traffic chaos at the NAD Junction in the city.

Similarly, the TU 142 aircraft museum is also one of its kind in the country.

Later he will inaugurate the VIP lounge in the Airport premises. The State government provided 1,000 square yards and it was built at a cost of Rs 50 lakh. The lounge is built in 4,200 square feet. Other than meeting hall, the lounge will have chief minister's chamber, anteroom, pantry, and toilets.
