New Delhi, Oct 14: A fire broke out at the Ghazipur landfill in east Delhi on Saturday evening, though no casualty was reported, a fire official said.
According to the Delhi Fire Service, a call about the fire was received around 7 p.m.
"Efforts were on to douse the fire. No casualty was reported," the official said.
On September 1, three persons, including a woman, were killed when a huge chunk of the landfill collapsed and the resultant debris swept away a car and a two-wheeler, along with their riders, into the nearby Kondli canal.
