Dr Amaresh Muni Nirala, Chief Jain saint died due to cancer

Chief Jain saint Dr. Amaresh Muni Nirala passed away on Friday night at 10.17 pm in Jodhpur . He had been suffering from cancer for a long time but came to knew about it just two days before.He was so engrossed in the service of his mentor and national saint Paramuni of Jain society that he had no idea about his illness.

His health deteriorated two days before and was then admitted in Jodhpur's private hospital. His investigation report revealed his cancer .On Friday, he took leave of his guru after his health worsened and breathed his last.He was 52 years old.

After the news of his untimely demise broke out, whole of the Jain society was shocked and went in grief. The people of the society started to approach the hospital for the last glimpse. Even the representatives of Jain society from all over the country have started to reach Jodhpur. The final rituals will be done according to the Jain society. The rituals will be held in front of the Mahavir Complex Bhairu Bagh of Jodhpur, at 3:30 pm.
