Hyderabad hits Heavy rains, Traffic jam in several places

Hyderabad, October 10: Heavy rains lashed Telangana Capital City Hyderabad on Monday leading to waterlogging and massive traffic jams at several places in the city. The Indian Meteorological Department has said that there will be heavy to very heavy rainfall in the city for the next two days.

The heavy rain led to almost knee-deep waterlogging on some of the busy areas like Madhapur and Shaikpet. From this aspect, With roads inundated by water, traffic moved at a snail's pace and motorists faced a tough time in finding their way.



The IMD has issued a warning as well, stating that thunderstorm associated with heavy rain was very likely to occur in the city and at isolated places in all the districts of Telangana.
