Niti Aayog CEO Kant: Oil companies head comes together to get Oil under GST

heads of Indian and global oil industries have come together to include Oil in goods and services tax, even Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, is suppporting this.

Briefing reporters about the on Monday’s meeting of CEOs of oil companies with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Kant said global oil giants, including Saudi Aramco and Moscow- controlled oil giant Rosneft, have committed to increasing investment in India.

Kant even said that the PM has assured that Centre would discuss this matter with states which suffer from ‘fear of the unknown’.
