Hindus mass grave unearthed in Myanmar; masked men killed them

Atleast 45 corpses have been unearthed from the mass grave in Myanmar since Sunday. An eye witness of the attack said that she saw masked men (black-clad attackers) storming their community on the morning of August 25, beating and binding the men before driving everyone into the forest.“After they took us to the hills, they butchered everyone. I saw it with my own eyes,” said Promila Sheel, 15, at a small Hindu village in Cox’s Bazar near the sprawling Rohingya camps. "They dug three pits and threw the bodies inside the pit" said 25-year-old Dhar in a Hindu camp inside Bangladesh where she fled with her two children.

The army says these are the evidence of a massacre by Muslim Rohingya militants on August 25, the same day when raids were done on police posts that unleashed a surge of communal bloodshed.

In a tent near Kutupalong refugee camp, Rohingyas accused Buddhist mobs of carrying out the attacks on Hindus and pinning the blame on Muslim. One of the refugee said that the military is trying to tarnish their image and make them look like bad guys.
