Opposed molestation;Girl burnt alive in Jaipur

An 18 year old girl was burnt alive in Jaipur when she opposed molestation by a young man and his father.This incident took place in Rajasthan’s Banswara district, according to the reports, Ravi, the young man stopped Seema and harrassed her, when she ignored and tried to walk away he thrashed her. Listening her cries Ravi's father came out and both dragged her to their home and beat her up. Later she was found burnt by villagers.

Her family alleged that Ravi was pressurising her to marry him. Victim’ father alleged that he had lodged a complaint with the police regarding Ravi’s activities, but authorities didn’t take any action.

The victim died due to injuries on Monday and police have arrested both father and son. But Ravi's family have a different story that the girl called Ravi and when he didn't respond she came to their house.
