Two students killed after their bike hits divider

Vijayawada, Sept 25: In a tragic road accident, Two students of KL University have died after their high-powered sports bike crashed into a road divider at Moghalrajapuram Jammichettu center in Vijayawada on Sunday morning.

The details reported that The deceased were identified as Yashwant hailed from Hyderabad and his classmate Ritwik, a native of Haryana, were coming home after a full-night party on the sports bike when it lost control and crashed into a divider at a high speed.

They borrowed the bike (TS 08 FK 0312) from another of their classmates Aman who lives at Autonagar.

The high-powered bike with 390cc crashed as Yashwant lost control and both died on the spot. Neither the rider nor pillion-rider wore a helmet at the time of the accident, police said.

Police have registered a case and sent the bodies for postmortem.
