Anjali Damania gets warning call from dawood-2;withdraw cases against BJP leader

Social worker and former Aam Aadmi Party leader Anjali Damania received a phone call from a landline number at around 12:30 pm on Saturday night.The caller asked Anjali Damania to withdraw all cases registered against Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former minister Eknath Khadse. When Anjali Damania asked the caller for his name, the latter refused to disclose his name and at the same time threatened to harm her family.

Anjali Damania has been fighting against corruption in Maharashtra and is also fighting a case aginst BJP leader Eknath Khadse, the case of having property more than income. The next hearing of the case is on September 25.



Anjali Damania said that after investigating the number, it was known that the threat has been given from Karachi and that number is registered on name of Dawood -2. Damania later gave this information to the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who gave full assurance of complete and correct investigation. Anjali Damania will also meet Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday.
