Ghee adulteration racket busted in Vijayawada

Vijayawada, Sept 23: The Task Force Police have busted another fake ghee racket in Vijayawada here on Saturday.

The Police have conducted raids on food adulteration centers, which are supplying fake ghee, food adulterated products at a fruit market in Kedariswaripeta.

According to Police, The centers are packing the fake ghee, rice, shampoos, mouth fresheners with the names of reputed companies and were taken into the food market by selling low prices.

Task Force ACP Prasad said, the police have seized food and other adultered food items and arrested the Subramanyam, who is selling the dalda in the ghee.
