Mob attacks man convicted of sexually assaulting 90 schoolgirls

Mob attacked a man who was convicted for sexually assaulting 90 schoolgirls. Arokiyaswamy, the accused was convicted with same chargers few years ago as well. Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court today found him guilty of sexually assaulting 24 girls and sentenced him to 55 years imprisonment.

After the verdict family and public were outraged and attacked him when he was being taken out of the court by Police. The mob comprised of parents, locals and lawyers attacked the accused and said "He should be hanged, he doesn't deserve to live after what he did to those innocent kids,". Police controlled the situation
Police, however, controlled the situation and transported him to the prison.
