IRCTC Tablets for feedback on FOOD

New Delhi, September 16: Are you worried about food in the Railway Compartments?, soon the Railway officials are starting the feedback from the Passengers.

For this, they are arranging the tablets in the compartments. Passengers on superfast trains such as Rajdhani and Shatabdi will soon be able to give instant feedback on a tablet that will be passed to passengers before they get off the train.

The process was launched on Thursday from Ahmedabad-Delhi Rajdhani Express Train. The facility will be available on Saturday for the trains like Shatabdi express, August Kranthi express.

"It is possible to read the passenger's opinion immediately by providing access to the tabs on trains. It will help to improve the quality of food and services, ". IRCTC spokesman Pinakin Morwala.

Passengers will be asked to rate different aspects of the food being served - on quality, quantity, presentation, staff behavior and overall satisfaction.

There are 100 tablets are passed till now. So from this aspect, The passengers may drop their feedbacks in the Railway Compartments.
