Amaravati, Sept 16: The India's one of best Cancer Treating Hospitals Nandamuri Basava Taraka Ramarao Memorial Cancer Foundation has announced to set up a new branch in Andhra Pradesh's new capital Amaravati soon. The hospital had already submitted a proposal to the state government.

The AP state cabinet the other day allotted 27 acres of land to the hospital in the capital area. KIMS is also allotted 40 acres in the capital area. The hospitals will get land at the cost of 50 Lakhs per acre.
The government had also decided to allotted 12 acres to Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy.

Gopichand Academy, however, will get the land at nominal prices for the promotion of the sport in the state. The government will fix a definite time period for these projects to complete their construction and begin operations or else the land will be taken back.
