Abu Ismail (mastermind of Amarnath Yatra attack) died

Kashmir, Sept 14: Pakistani terrorist and Lashkar commander Abu Ismail was killed in an encounter with the security forces in Naugam of Jammu and Kashmir.Apart from him, another terrorist has also been killed during the encounter.

Abu Ismail was the main accused in the terrorist attack during Amarnath Yatra in Anantnag which took place on July 10. A bus full of pilgrims going to Amarnath in Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir had been attacked by the terrorists and Seven people were killed in this attack, while two dozen people were injured.



Police have said that 24-year-old Ismail was a citizen of Pakistan and was admitted as an intruder in South Kashmir two years ago. he had survived the encounters six times with the security forces in last 2 years.

IGP Kashmiri Munir Khan has said that "two terrorists were killed in the encounter for a short time, 2 AK 47 recovered. He also said that the elimination of this terrorist leader is very important because they are misguiding our children."
