AP Gurukul contract teachers' salaries hiked

Vijayawada, Sept 14: Here is the good news for the Government contract lecturers. The Andhra Pradesh Government has issued an order to increase the wages of contract employees who are working in the social Gurukul schools of Andhra Pradesh.

While speaking to media, Minister Nakka Anand Babu has revealed the order.The details of salary hike for Gurukul contract teachers are following below.

* The salaries of PG teachers hiked from Rs.16,150 to Rs.24,225.

* For Non-PG teachers salary increased from Rs.14,860 to Rs.22,290.

* For P.E.Ts the salaries hiked from Rs.10,900 to Rs.16,350.

* Similarly, librarians' salary is hiked from Rs.13,660 to Rs.20,490 and for Staff nurse's salary is Rs.17,295 and for non-qualified staff nurses has risen to Rs.13,800 respectively.
