Why IT Jobs becoming difficult day-by-day

Hyderabad Sept 14: Currently many people choose IT Jobs because of high salary package and high incentives offered and they say it as a social prestige. Many people face challenges before joining the job and they do take much training and develop their skills as required.

However from the past few years, the industries are facing crisis and as a result, many people are being given pink slips or being laid off. The situation has become worse in last year and the current layoff has reached 10 %.

# Skill development:

Currently, many people are medium skilled and they often try to manage the works by their skills but some of the projects require new skills and often many times the employees are reluctant to learn new skills and there is a high risk that these employees are removed first.

# Expenditure management

Many companies grade the employees based on their work performance and currently, many companies are adopting a new strategy that it is better to train a junior who would be working at a less salary and these people learn quickly compared to a senior employees who demand higher package and reluctant for new technology .so many companies are removing senior and semi
skilled people.

# Automation and protective measures

Many companies depend on foreign projects and these are being dried up because of the protective measures being taken by foreign countries this affects the Indians.

currently, many foreign countries are in process of adopting future technologies such as Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics, as a result, the industry is in the transition phase and this effect is also been in Indian IT industry.

Finally, experts have suggested that Employees must be ready to re skill themselves and also improve their managerial and communication skills and must change their mindset to adopt newer changes so that their job life would be peaceful.
