'Telugu Poshakahara Panduga' at Velagapudi

Amaravati, Sept 14: The Andhra Pradesh State Govt is going to organize 'Telugu Poshakahara Panduga' at Secretariat in Velagapudi here on Thursday evening. The Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate Telugu Food Festival along with healthy and delicious recipes of Andhra Pradesh.

Following the advice of Mr. Naidu to promote Andhra cuisine, the Tourism Department has identified 30 recipes which were examined by the well-known nutritionists from the nutritional and health point of view.



These recipes will be showcased at the food festival. It will be promoted through star hotels by organizing food festivals, food exhibitions in all the 13 districts.

The recipes were identified with the help of professional chefs, nutritionists, and ayurvedic doctors. The identified 30 recipes have experimented for the taste, texture and its nutrition values.
