AP CM supports 'Rally For Rivers'

Vijaywada, September 13: Isha Foundation founder Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev has started the Rally for rivers here in Vijayawada. All the Andhra Pradesh ministers have participated in the Program. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu attended 'Rally for Rivers' program as the chief guest in Vijayawada on Wednesday.



Several state cabinet ministers, including Minister of Environment and Forests, Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources and Minister of Agriculture were present at the event.

The program was aimed at conserving rivers. This program continues across the country. Already 16 states have become part of this program. The following states have already agreed for the cooperation of Rally for rivers.Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karnataka.
