Hyderabad, Sept 13: As we know that all opposition parties of Telangana are protesting against the GO.39 regarding the formation of Farmers Coordination Council. The Congress leaders also staged a statewide protest against GO.39.

Now, The common division bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice Uma Devi on Tuesday asked Telangana State government to file a counter affidavit in cases filed challenging the GO Ms 39 regarding the formation of Farmers Coordination Council (Rythu Samanvaya Samiti).

The bench was dealing with two cases filed by Satyanarayana Reddy and Manohar Reddy who contended that formation of councils at the village, Mandal, and district level completely under the discretion of ministers is unconstitutional and that Rs. 500 crore will be returned to ruling party workers only.
