Flipkart Introduces "Anti Theft" Packaging

New Delhi, Sept 13: A good news for customers who shop online. E-commerce Company Flipkart yesterday has said that "It has developed "anti-theft" packaging to secure goods from in-transit theft and tampering. "The company claims that the new packaging is first of its kind in India.

The company has said that new package was designed specifically for high-net products such as
* mobiles
* tablets
* watches.

The Anti Theft package contains unique and exclusive pilferage protection box which has special security features in shipment. The company has said that the packaging will take a substantial amount of time, resources, information, and techniques to reopen and re-seal to ensure the original form of shipment.

Flipkart has added the new anti theft packaging will ensure that in case a package has been tampered with, the next supply chain person or customer can easily detect the same and not accept the package.

Experts have hailed the move by e-commerce major and said that it would help the customers because many people complain that they have received substandard products or fake products upon delivery.
