Hurricane Irma hits CUBA

Cuba, September 12: Hurricane Irmy has hit the coast on Sunday and now has weakened and it would take few more days to know the exact impact of the hurricane.

Sources say that at least 10 people were dead in in Cuba after Hurricane Irma passed over the northern portion of the Caribbean island over the weekend.The people lost their lives because of the building collapses.

Experts say that the hurricane Irma has damaged Havana city being far from where Irma first hit. The city has received severe floods and widespread wind damage. The storm crashed into Cuba late on Friday, with sustained winds of than 157 miles per hour (253 km per hour).



Currently, the Hurricane Irma has downgraded to a Category 1 storm and has flooded several northern Florida cities with heavy rain and high storm surge on Monday.

Many people in Florida have reported power cut and many houses were damaged.Currently at least 38 members lost their lives because of the storm.
