Tips for Healthy Muscles

* Try to do more than one exercise at a time. for example, combine jumping and Pull ups so that heart muscles become stronger.

* Consume more water in the day so that muscles don't become weak.

* Sleep for 8 hours a day .so that muscles get relaxed.

* Give a break of 1 day for a week so that people become active.

* Swimming, cycling, Jogging help to reduce the fat and build muscles

* change the exercises once in a fortnight so that all body muscles become strong.
