New Defense Minister to hold greetings

Narsapur, September 04: As we knew that Nirmala Sitaraman is now the Defence Minister for the country.From this perspective, the Andhra Pradesh and the West Godavari people congratulated the new female defense minister.

We knew that She is the second women after Indira Gandhi to become defense minister. Nirama Sitahraman who hails from Tamil Nadu and she is the wife of Parakala Prabakhar who belongs to Andhra Pradesh State.

Sitharaman, who has been a politically prominent member of the family, is the key to good governance in getting a major defense portfolio.

she has adopted two villages in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana at the time of Union Minister of State for Commerce.

She served as minister of state for foreign affairs to Krishnam Raju in Narsapur constituency under Prime Minister Vajpayee regime.
