Pawan Kalyan questioned about Kapus issues

Vijayawada, Sep 2: The Actor cum politician and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan has raised a series of questions to the ruling TDP government in Andhra Pradesh here on Saturday, about the delay of commitments made to the Kapu community.

The Jana Sena chief was interacting with a social media team called 'Shatagni', as part of a series of interviews, where he elaborated on his opinions and political stands on various issues.

Pawan alleging that the TDP had not drafted any plan or given any clear reason for delays after they had made several promises to the Kapu community.

He also said that the government should have allowed Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham to complete his 'Chalo Amaravati' padayatra.

In the last week, Mudragada Padmanabham decided to postpone his 'Chalo Amaravati' padayatra till December 6, to give the Andhra Pradesh government time to meet his demands.

Mudragada's padayatra demanding BC status for the Kapu community in the state had been in suspended animation for nearly a month.

The padayatra was supposed to have kicked off on July 26, but it was foiled by the police who placed Mudragada on house arrest in view of the law and order situation.

Pawan Kalyan's birthday was grandly celebrated by his fans across the Telugu states on yesterday.
