South Indian Actress Samantha Ruthu Prabhu has become the fit-fyn actress of the Industry. The reason behind her fitness is none other than Rajesh Ramasamy. And the picture posseses that she lifts weight more than her actual weight which had created a sensation over the media.
Fitness trainer Rajesh Ramaswamy said that, "When it comes to commitment, Samantha is simply superb. She is the most fittest Top League Heroine. She succeeded in maintaining the same physique right from the beginning. Sam always focused on strength training and worked hard for it. She would always reach Gym at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If she have a morning shoot, then the actress would hit the gym at 5 am itself. She would mostly do workouts related to jogging strength and fat control. The twitter bird believes that sweating is so far good and follows a diet which keeps her so healthy & beautiful".
"Samantha doesn't believe in fasting and eats whatever she wants! Sambar Rice is her favourite. She also loves dosa, idly, wada and pongal. Even she can't resist chicken, spicy pickles, sweet pongal and filtered black coffee. To balance her diet, She eat veg salads, berries, fruits, pulses and lean meat. To keep herself hydrated, She would drink lots of water, fruit juices and coconut water," said her fitness trainer.
